I have been preparing my exams for a long time at the Jesús Ayala academy, I loved the methodology they follow, the online classes allowed me to combine it with my work during that time. All the teachers seemed good to me, but there was one teacher, Celia Rueda, who impressed me (and I know that many of my classmates), whom I would like to thank for her dedication, way of explaining, and how attentive she always is. with the students, entering before class to chat and answer questions, the good examples he gives and his tricks to learn the most complicated parts of the CE and the LOPD to memorize. She is an exceptional teacher.
I just got a position in the State Administrative Assistant with them and I can only say good things. The teachers I have had not only answer any questions and are close but also encourage you to study (special mention to Agustín and Enrique, who have helped me a lot with IT). It only remains to say Thank you very much!!!
Well, I'm going to tell my experience so that people can appreciate it. In December 2020 I was fired from my call center job. Seeing the evaluations and asking several candidates, I signed up for the Jesús Ayala academy in the AGE Administrative course. For me, the fact that the classes are online was more of an advantage than a disadvantage. The academy provides you with notes, tests and outlines (which will depend on each teacher), and you can also buy books that, depending on the block, will be used more or less. In February 2022 I take my first exam, in which I do not get a place but I enter the interim pool, from which they call me in May 2023. I am very happy with my current interim job and with the salary. In September 2023 I take my second exam again and in December I am on the passing lists. Until I take my new position as a career civil servant, I will practically continue in my interim position.
In principle, I took the opposition as a full-time job, studying 4 hours in the morning and 4 hours in the afternoon. I limited my social life and leisure to the maximum. I worked a couple of precarious paid jobs, which only served to motivate me more to become a civil servant. To get a place you have to put in a lot of effort, but it is an affordable effort. In my case I have a short attention span and a poor memory. Apart from personal effort, I consider the support and guidance of the academy to be fundamental, especially in the computer science block and topics such as financial management or contracts. With which I understand that the monthly price of the academy is sufficiently compensated. Then there will be teachers with whom you have more or less affinity and with whom you find it more or less easy to learn. But EVERYONE does a considerable amount of objective work to chew through the subjects so that they are as easy as possible for you to assimilate.
There is always a small factor of luck and I know that there are well-prepared friends who have not had this year, but they will soon achieve it, because luckily for us, the administration is retiring and those positions must be replaced.
In short, for anyone looking for a stable job, with good conditions, today there are few options that surpass public employment and if you have freedom of movement, Administrative of the AGE, is a very good option, and the choice of Jesús Ayala is a safe choice.
VERY HAPPY, THEY DO NOT READ THE AGENDA OR SLIDES, THEY EXPLAIN POINT BY POINT AND IF YOU DON'T FIND OUT THEY REPEAT YOU. VERY ENJOYING CLASSES, I HAD A GOOD TIME.
I think one teacher in particular is one of the worst I have ever encountered, she gets involved explaining herself and in a psychotechnical academy she explains the mathematical way of doing the exercises (which is not interesting) because there is no time to do the exercises that way and It does not explain in a psychotechnical way how to get the exercise, this academy is a waste of time, I do not recommend it at all, they only take the money, and from the tests that it sends, only correcting there are doubts instead of explaining the methodology... There are people who, for work reasons, cannot watch the class during the class schedule but have to watch it recorded... Another thing is that they delete the classes after two weeks. I'm paying for my academy. I don't understand why they have to delete the class so I can see it whenever I want!!!
She raises the level without even knowing what type of students there are and the level of all of them, well, I will continue in the academy to get material, of course she is a TERRIBLE teacher.
It is an academy that more than meets what you should expect as an opponent. I am glad that I cannot compare it with other academies since my experience with them was very positive. The teachers are great professionals in their subject.
The best academy to prepare for oppositions. The teachers are experts in their subject and with a dedication that makes you notice it from the first day. They give you material and facilities, reinforcing your preparation without skimping on resources and they accompany you until you take possession. Some machines! Hugs to all! I'm finally a civil servant!
I have achieved my goal of getting a place in c1 in a great position, taking away my effort which has not been little, this would not have been possible without the help of the academy that allowed me to raise my level. Special mention to Fernando, who is an excellent teacher and is responsible for the fact that I also got a great grade in A2, I recommend him.
